The texture is thick and creamy, exactly what I want from a yogurt, and the banana flavor tastes natural without being overly sweet. I appreciate that it's lactose-free since my stomach is sensitive, and 6.4g of protein is a solid boost for a quick snack. It's become my morning go-to.
I’ve been reaching for this after workouts because 6.4 grams of protein in a small cup actually holds me over until lunch. It’s thick enough to eat with a spoon, and the banana flavor tastes natural, not fake. My stomach’s been calmer since I switched to this lactose-free option.
The texture is what sold me—thick and creamy without that chalky aftertaste some protein yogurts have. I've been eating one after workouts and the lactose-free part means my stomach doesn't rebel. Easy to grab and go, and the banana flavor actually tastes like real fruit.
